What it entails

Healing your relationship with food

Recovery nutrition is not a meal plan dropped on a table. It is a slow, collaborative process: regular eating rhythms first, then feared-food work, then the joyful parts — restaurants, celebrations, spontaneity.

We practice from a Health at Every Size perspective, coordinate with your therapist and medical providers, and welcome family members into sessions whenever you wish.
